60Where on earth but HubPages could I post a picture of a guy with bug glasses and a tiny hat? Where I ask you?! HubPages Professor that's where.
Why I'm in love with HubPages, and why you should be too.
Well it's been a few weeks on HubPages for me, last I checked my AdSense account was nearing a dollar! 71 cents! I'm rich, I'm rich moo hahah! Moo hahaha! OK fine so maybe I'm still a pauper, but my sense of humor and passion for life are still rich as ever.
I can't wait to walk into the Porsche dealership this week and say, "I'd like to buy that 911 Carrera sir, if you'd please."
"Would you like to take it for a test drive", the salesman would ask me.
"No thank you", I would reply.
"Well how would you like to pay for this sir?" He would ask, gently brushing away a tuft of hair from his forehead, awkwardly.
"Can I put a down payment in sense of humor and passion for life?"
After this the salesman and I would share a laugh, he'd pat me on the shoulder then say, "You are a very funny man Mr. Zoltak, I'm afraid we only take wampum here."
At this juncture we would both laugh, then each of us would mumble "jerk" under our breath, and collectively part ways.
But all parody aside, I'd like to take this time to thank all seven of the HubPages staff for introducing me to the best content network on the Web:

Thanks for creating this burgeoning phenomenon called HubPages and for all the content solutions it provides. Without you I'd still just be a twinkle in the eye of the Collective Unconscious. You all must have hearts of gold, or at least deserve a Purple Heart On, as Kurt Vonnegut used to say.
I find 99% of the community of writers that you have gathered together here to be a great group of magnanimous wordsmiths. The writers and readers of Hubs are roundly encouraging and upbeat spirits with a penchant for vigor and a spirit like the wild mustang. I am humbly honored and proud to be a part of this group of creatives.
I look forward to reading more from everyone, and thank you with all my soul to my first 20 fans and all that have shared their kind words. I encourage anyone interested in honing their writing skills, however acutely tangent-aimed they might be, to begin writing or reading HubPages! Viva Hubpages ayyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm really flattered, I've picked up some regular work so it's going to be a challenge to write as much as I'd like, but I'm going to keep at it with support such as yours. Dolores, 91 !!! I know what you mean, and thank you! My daughter and I hifived, she's embarking on page 30 of her Nanowrimo contest, I'm so proud.
Also, I'd like to invite you both to a night in my metaphorical mansion where we can all dine on caviar and swim in the pool sipping scotch from snifters and ending the night with some soothing sound from Deep Breakfast.

I love Deep Breakfest GL, great that you own it on cassette, that's how I listened to it first. An old friend with a shelved-set of cassettes played it for me, sublime!
As soon as I'm finished learning to say "magnanimous wordsmiths" without stumbling I'm gonna start praying that GM stays in business long enough for me to spend some of my Adsense earnings on a new Cadillac! Another great Hub.
Thanks again, I know what you mean about Caddies, if you've never driven or been riding in one, you don't hardly know what it is to go for a ride. Magnanimous is one of those words I enjoy, but don't like to break out too often as I fear it makes me look erudite or bombastic, both characteristics that probably fit me to some degree, but I'd rather be painted as just a regular word juggler instead of some high falootin' Ivy league type, which I'm not.
