How To Keep On Keeping On: Inspiring Quotes
83Inspiring quotes from successful people
Life is a constant struggle. A fight for what's best. A test of our will.
Inventor Thomas Alva Edison said:
"Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time."
If you feel like you're the underdog, then you have to learn to find confidence in your rebellion. If you can't seem to get anything right in your life lately, then that's when you need to examine your mistakes, go for a walk, then resolve whatever your missteps were in your own mind. Find some peace in the fact that the world will reward you if you don't give up.
Humanitarian Marva Collins said:
"Determination and perseverance move the world; thinking that others will do it for you is a sure way to fail."
You can reach your goals, you can be the person you need to be. Search within your heart, find the spring in your spirit that drives you and drink from it. Don't let others put you down directly and damage your confidence. Don't listen to others negativity even if it's not directed at you. You are in charge. You can make the difference in your own life and the lives of those around you. Here are some more inspiring quotes...
If The World Around You Seems To Be Crumbling, That's When You Have To Try Even Harder

Poet Robert Frost said:
"In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life. It goes on."
Whatever tragedy you may be holding onto, whatever rough experience may have stolen your heart from you, find a way to let it go. The sun will still rise tomorrow, the stars will be there again in a few nights. Some events may have transpired that seem to have derailed your dreams, but those are only sour illusions.
Perhaps Helen Keller said it best:
"Many persons have a wrong idea of what constitutes true happiness. It is not attained through self-gratification but through fidelity to a worthy purpose."
Maybe the reasons why you haven't found your success in your endeavors isn't because you haven't tried hard enough. Maybe it's because your goal isn't true enough. Think about these inspiring quotes then aim twice at what you need from your life, when you can see it is the best goal, dig deep into your heart and you will find you can do whatever it takes to make it happen.

Wow! Marva Collins - she awed me all those years ago when she created her remarkable school. Thanks for including her. She proved that children can not only succeed but excel - even if they are just 4 years old!
this is very inspiring me. Thanks for writing this article. I'll remember it for my life and for the future.
"Determination and perseverance move the world; thinking that others will do it for you is a sure way to fail."
This one is a profound one, and more folks nowadays aught to be made aware of it.

Have a blessed day!
one that works for me:
"I believe that the very purpose of life is to be happy. From the very core of our being, we desire contentment. In my own limited experience I have found that the more we care for the happiness of others, the greater is our own sense of well-being. Cultivating a close, warmhearted feeling for others automatically puts the mind at ease. It helps remove whatever fears or insecurities we may have and gives us the strength to cope with any obstacles we encounter. It is the principal source of success in life. Since we are not solely material creatures, it is a mistake to place all our hopes for happiness on external development alone. The key is to develop inner peace. "

no problem - I bet you would like his autobiography
I agree with Helen Keller, it is not about self-gratification, but a worthy cause. If at first you don't succeed try try again. I believe that no matter how hard things get you have to keep a positive attitude and keep on going. Its kinda like the lottery. If you do not buy tickets you cannot win! If you do not try you cannot succeed. I also agree with sunforged. It is all about the happiness baby! Good article.
So many enlightened views, thank you for sharing.
I am sure we all at times, feel like the underdog, I know I do. Rising from this is the hardest, and most rewarding part and most important. To find true value and worth within, I believe this is where we need to find our quiet. Perhaps this is a place or some solace from within.
Thank you, on a day like this I needed to be reminded. xoxoxox

Sometimes, it's the actual trying that brings true joy. A wonderful uplifting hub expressing sentiments that are very important but easy to lose hold of.
